 Star Packaging specializes in the printing, lamination and conversion of flexible packaging materials in the form of roll stock, pouches and bags. Six, eight, and ten color presses handle the most demanding challenges of line and process printing on highly supple material. Tara Plastics, Star Packaging's sister company, has eight blown film lines that can extrude a variety of films including hi-density, linear low and co-ex materials, up to five layers. We can meet customer needs for structure that require special blends or specific barriers. Starflex, our sister company, specializes in the design and manufacturing of all stainless steel USDA approved bag loading and sealing, as well as tray pack equipment. We also are one of the leaders in automatic filling and sealing of pre-made stand-up pouches and bags. This allows us to offer a total packaging system to our customers. The process starts with sales and product development to verify all aspects of your particular needs. It continues onto the production floor where each operator is responsible for each aspect of the production run... all with the most up to date, computer controlled, state-of-the-art equipment.
All product is verified by the Shift Supervisor and a full-time Quality Control staff. All reports are turned into the Department Manager and the Plant Manager where they are reviewed and approved for shipment.
